@Jon Henry: Thanks for the compliments! Glad your company is thinking about doing this as well - we've got a post coming up that is about helping a brand decide which social media is most important to join so maybe that will help also.  Funny that you mention a book - I'd love to but my lips are sealed right now.

@Hiz-ouse: Jaiku is cool, I've just always been impartial to Twitter since being an early adopter.  Not to mention, it seems that Twitter has become increasingly integrated with many of the other web services I/we use on a regular basis - something I haven't seen Jaiku doing.  So best of luck to the Jaiku folks, but for the experience and expandability, I'll stick with Twitter.</description>
